After overcoming well-documented conception hurdles, Bill and Giuliana Rancic are parents.
The couple welcomed a baby boy via gestational carrier on Wednesday night, as Bill revealed on his Twitter account.
“It’s Game Time,” he tweeted just after 7 p.m. Wednesday, before updating his followers early Thursday to announce that he and Giuliana had just welcomed a new addition.
“The ‘Duke’ has landed!” he posted. “Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words…We did it!”
The network media personality Giuliana works for, little Edward arrived at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday in Denver.
“Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives,” Giuliana said in a statement to E!. “Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with this little guy already.”
Edward, Giuliana added, “is doing incredibly well.”
